MindFlow bir görevi yalnızca sen “Anımsatıcılar’a Ekle” dediğinde ve sistem izin verdiğinde Anımsatıcılar’a ekler; Anımsatıcılar’daki diğer kayıtlarını okumaz.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

In short

MindFlow doesn't collect any data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and nothing you write is ever sent to us.

Your maps

Your maps, notes, images and files are kept as ordinary files on your device, in a folder you choose, or — if you turn it on — in your own iCloud Drive, where Apple syncs them between your devices under your Apple Account. The developer can't see them.

Shared maps

When you share a map with other people (Pro), it is stored in Apple's iCloud (CloudKit), in your iCloud storage, and only the people you invite can see it and — depending on the permission you give — edit it. They see the map's titles, notes, images and attached files; you see their name or the address you invited. You can stop sharing at any time; the people you invited then keep a copy of the map. You can leave a map shared with you at any time. The developer can't see shared maps either.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime licence are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. MindFlow only checks on your device what you own, to unlock Pro; your payment details are never shared with us. The day your free trial began is kept in your iCloud Keychain, so the trial isn't reset by reinstalling.

Settings

Your preferences, such as the theme and keyboard shortcuts, are stored only on your device.

Permissions on your device

MindFlow adds a task to Reminders only when you choose “Add to Reminders” and the system allows it; it doesn’t read your other reminders. Your topics are added to your device’s search index (Spotlight) so you can find them; that index stays on your device and can be turned off in Settings. Text or links you send from the share sheet wait on your device only, until MindFlow adds them to your Inbox the next time it opens.

Apple Intelligence

Features such as Suggest Ideas, Summarize Note, Shorten Titles, Split into Topics and ghost suggestions run entirely on your device with Apple Intelligence. Your text is never sent to a server — not to us, not to anyone.

Third parties

MindFlow contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking code. The only services it uses are Apple's iCloud and App Store, covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

This website

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. It only remembers the language you chose, in your browser.

Children

MindFlow is suitable for everyone and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page and in the app, with a new date.
