Where are my maps stored?

In the library folder you chose, each map as a readable file. On the Mac, Settings › Data › Show in Finder; on the iPad and iPhone, the Files app shows them.

How do I sync maps between Mac, iPad and iPhone?

On one device choose Settings › Data › Move Library to iCloud, then do the same on the others and join the existing library. All devices must be signed in to iCloud Drive with the same Apple Account. Changes usually arrive within a minute or two.

What happens to my maps when the trial ends?

Nothing is lost. Your maps can still be opened, read and exported; editing them needs MindFlow Pro.

How do I use my purchase on another device?

Pro unlocks on every device signed in with the same Apple Account. If it doesn't, tap Settings › Pro & Privacy › Restore Purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone and iPad: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions; on the Mac: App Store › your account › Subscriptions. In MindFlow, Settings › Pro & Privacy › Your Plan… › Manage Subscription goes there too. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where can I learn how to use MindFlow?

MindFlow shows a short tour on first launch; open it again any time from Settings › How to Use.
